Το TGuide S96 Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor υιοθετεί την πιο πρόσφατη μέθοδο προσρόφησης και μεταφοράς μαγνητικών σφαιριδίων μαγνητικών ράβδων. Εφαρμόζονται πλάκες 96 βαθειών φρεατίων και διαφορετικά είδη αντιδραστηρίων εξαγωγής μαγνητικών σφαιριδίων για την αυτόματη εξαγωγή και καθαρισμό νουκλεϊκού οξέος από 1-192 αίμα/κύτταρα/ιστούς/ιούς και άλλα δείγματα.

Αυτός ο εξαγωγέας μπορεί να εξοπλιστεί με μονάδα ροής 24 που έχει καλή προσαρμοστικότητα σε δείγματα μεγάλου όγκου. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με προσυσκευασμένα αντιδραστήρια TIANGEN και μπορεί ταυτόχρονα να εξαγάγει 1-24 δείγματα. Ο μέγιστος όγκος δείγματος που χειρίζεται το όργανο είναι 5 ml. Είναι ιδιαίτερα κατάλληλο για εξαγωγή ελεύθερου νουκλεϊκού οξέος σε ορό και πλάσμα. Έχει υψηλή απόδοση εκχύλισης και καλή καθαρότητα και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε τομείς όπως η ανίχνευση όγκων, το NIPT κ.λπ.
